Cancellation Policy for Manipur Heli Shuttle Tickets

1. In case of online payments, refund shall be initiated to source account.

2. In case of cash transactions, refund shall be made from GMVN booking counter from where the ticket was purchased.

3. In case of full/ partial ticket cancellation due to bad weather, technical reasons or any Govt orders full refund will be initiated only if the ticket is stamped cancelled and signed by an authorized signatory of the operator and presented to GMVN within 14 days from the day of flight at Guptkashi or Phata booking counter of GMVN or by email to heligmvn@gmail.com. After 14 days no refund is applicable.

4. Refund amount will be as given below :-

3.	More than 15 days before the journey:	90% of ticket booking amount

5. A cancellation charge of Rs.200/- per passenger will be applicable and collected by GMVN as per the following table :-

6. Rescheduling of tickets will be done by heli operators. UCADA and GMVN has no liability to reschedule the tickets.

7. Due to cancellation or delay of flying/ tickets due to any reason there will be no liability of boarding and lodging on GMVN, UCADA or Heli Operator.
